Discharge Printing: A water based print is used on colored 100% cotton shirts, and leaves a soft feel. It doesn't usually work well with blends *(like 50/50 shirts), and doesn't work with all colors/dyes. We print with discharge ink when possible.
Plastisol Printing: The most commonly used ink used in screen printing. We print with Plastisol on 50/50 shirts, Hooded sweatshirts, 100% cotton shirts which colors don't discharge well, performance shirts. Generally Plastisol inks are a little brighter than discharge inks.
Waterbased Printing: Waterbased ink leaves a soft hand and is great for printing on white and light shirts. And for the dark shirts we use a water based discharge ink. Waterbased inks have great results and the print is more breathable than plastisol ink.
Foil: If you want the extra effect of foil, we can do that. We print a layer of foil adhesive that when the foil is applied with a heat press, it sticks to the area. When washing foil shirts, extra care should be taken, and in fact hand washing is recommended. The foil can discolor a bit and flake - it is not as durable as Plastisol inks - We do have metallic Plastisol inks.

Embroidery: Want to put a special finish on your polos, jackets, hats, bags, and other items? Embroidery gives a professional and clean look. We can also do Tackle Twill/Applique, and 3D embroidery. Prices will depend on stitch count, and quantity of pieces, not necessarily the number of colors used. And keep in mind that text is not suitable.
Names & Numbers: Our standard Name & Number style is Pro Block. We use Thermofilm, the world's #1 material for single or multi-color team personalization. It can be applied to a number of fabrics and won't fade, peel, chip, or scratch. When ordering items with names and/or numbers, please email us a spreadsheet with the names and numbers as they apply to the size of the item. Our standard Name style is Pro Block. Names are $4.00 per shirt and numbers are $3.00 each (so for numbers on front and back of the shirt, it is $6). Two color names or numbers, double the price.
